在美国的best western inn 被两次收费应该到哪里举报投诉啊？？ 

之前在网上订了美国的best western inn用了一张visa预订，去到了付款的时候又用了另一张visa付钱，回来温哥华之后才发现两张visa都被扣钱了，不知道去哪里可以把钱讨回，哪里可以投诉？？希望大家给点建议！ 谢谢

打电话过去，那个人就说我们在房里抽烟罚款，压根儿就没抽烟！ 在visa寄过来的账单上显示的是房钱并不是罚款。另一张visa上面也是一样！

also call your visa company mabe they can help too
