求助：有谁曾经没有在期限内交BC Hydro的账单??
我账单的due date是 Jun,10 然后我在Jun,27 交了...因为我网上银行有N个BC HYDRO不知道该转哪个. RBC又每次下班都很早..我是学生.
然后我就突然那一天想起我忘记交钱. 去银行早早交了.
因为邮局罢工的关系.我在今天才看到BC Hydro大概十几天前寄给我的一封信.
内容大概是：
service at this address will be disconnected without further notice unless your account is paid in full immediately.
Additionally, as you have not maintained a prompt payment record, a security deposit of $204.00 is now required, payable in full by June 20,2011. Failure to pay this security deposit will result in further credit action. On payment of the security deposit, interest will be automatically credited to your account on a monthly basis. The deposit will be refunded after 12 months of prompt payment. If you close your account, the deposit will be applied to your final bill.
Should it become necessary to disconnected service, payment of the total amount due will be required before service is restored. A reconnection charge will apply as well.
但事实上他到现在，至少到27号前都没有停掉我的服务。而我又是在收到这封信前把上个月的113块交了..我还应该付这204的保证金吗?
还有他这里所说的利息是什么?而且我大概今年11月会搬家, 不知道会不会close account..
有人有过类似的情况吗T_T..求助
