谁有减肥高招,秀一下,谢谢
this is a very hard topic ... some people gain weight even just drink water I think it's really depends on how fat you are .... I always think doing exercise is the best because it might help some people with good body shape, and most important is good health .... but the hardest part is how many people can keep doing exercise regularlly ..... always has so so so many excuses
