主要職責：

•負責確保所有工廠生產設備的日常運行
•具有維修技術和知識，能維修及安裝生產機器。
例如: 電氣設備（變頻器，電源控制電路，起動機 MCC), 儀表（氣動控制，液壓，傳感器，伺服）
•根據機械系統的需要進行維修
•積極參與我們的每月預防性維護計劃和記錄。
•使用計算機化維護管理系統
•通信和數據系統
•微處理器為基礎的系統（PLC，電子電路，控制）
•協助規劃，組織工作活動（圖紙解釋，零件準備）

技能要求：
•需要TIG自動化和DDC經驗
•需要金屬工程（製造機器和建築輸送帶）經驗
•在食品生產造環境中擁有5年經驗優先
•機械和電氣維修知識
•鍋爐，製冷和HVAC的經驗
•良好的計算機技能
•人際交往能力強
•能夠在團隊環境中工作

Position: Maintenance Technician

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the routine and preventative maintenance of building systems.  The successful candidate will show leadership and initiative; understand and adhere to all plant Food/Health and Safety Policies.  You must be a good self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision, capacity to multitask, works within timelines, and operate under stressful conditions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Shared responsibility to ensure daily operation of all plant production equipment
• Trouble shooting/repairs/installations of processing and packaging equipment with a working knowledge of electrical to allow efficient repair/replacement results

o   Electrical equipment (AC Drives, power control circuits, starters, MCC's, motors)

o   Instrumentation (pneumatic controls, hydraulics, transducers, servos)

• Machine and fabricate parts for equipment repairs and/or upgrades         
• Perform repairs to building mechanical systems as required
• Actively participate in our monthly preventative maintenance programs and records.
• Recommend and implement corrective action and required repairs.
• Use of computerized maintenance management system
• Communication and Data Systems
• Microprocessor based systems (PLC's, Electronic circuits, controls)
• Assist in planning, organizing of work activities (drawing interpretation, parts preparation) 

Skills and specifications:

• TIG welding experience is required
• Metal works (fabricating machine components and building conveyor belts) experience is required
• Trade Certification an asset
• 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment in a food production facility is preferred
• Mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
• Automation & DDC experience is an asset
• Boiler, refrigeration and HVAC experience is an asset
• Good computer skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and effectively meet deadlines
• Highly motivated – able to work well with minimal supervision
• Available for weekend overtime as production demands require.
• Self-motivated and passionate individual, who has a high sense of urgency, thrives with a wide variety of work and can deliver consistent results on multiple priorities.
