Job Description
The Assistant will at various times be responsible for the following as well as other related duties as assigned to:
✓ prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize real estate-related documentation;
✓ Search for suitable properties to acquire, assist to manage the purchase & sale process including research, due diligence, and closing;
✓ Property management setup and ongoing operational;
Job Requirements
To be successful assistant ,the individual must be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following:
Education and Experience:
✓ 1-3 years’ experience with commercial property management, leasing and acquisitions
✓ At least undergraduate degree , prefer to real estate, or finance
Competencies:
✓ Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Microsoft Visio an asset
✓ Ability to communicate professionally, appropriately, and effectively with all levels of stakeholders
✓ Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
✓ Strong ability to meet tight timelines
✓ Ability to develop networks and maintain contacts within the business community
✓ Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
✓ Good judgment and ability to prioritize assignments
✓ Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periods
✓ Solid understanding of the strategic plan, programs and services provided by the Company
✓ Ability to exhibit a professional attitude and image with a commitment to quality service
