 Top Hill Education Group is a fast-growing education consulting firm dedicated to providing education consulting services to students who aim to study in Canada. Our mission is to help students with our best by identifying both their needs and potentials.

We are looking for an experienced education consultant in the field of education group to join our growing team. This position will work closely with our clients and work on a wide range of Canadian education matters, including, counseling, academic plan, study permit, and application for from high School to postgraduate education. The consultant will also assist the supervisor with file opening and closing, filing forms and related case processing matters.
Located in the building of 6081 No3 Road Richmond, this is a full-time position. Salary offered and initial vacation entitlement will be reflective of experience.
Responsibilities and Duties

- Answering or counseling on the telephone or wechat

- Entering clients’ information

- Collecting clients’ documents

- Develop detailed academic plans according the student’s situation

- Processing application paperwork

- Ensuring all information is available for those who may need it

- Filling forms and drafting letter

Qualifications and Skills

- Ability to complete tasks before a specified deadline

- Ability to work independently

- Exceptional writing and communication skills are mandatory

- Experience in the field of education is as an asset

- Detail oriented

- Experience with computer application software, such as Word, Excel, etc.

Required language:

Mandarin, English, Chinese
