Purpose:
The Customer Relations and Sales Representative’s primary objectives include the development of new and existing sales opportunities within the market, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The Representative’s objective is to expand Air West Charter’s client base by seeking new customers, as well as generating and providing quotes to current and potential customers. The Representative will also serve as the first point of contact for Air West’s partners and clients and be responsible for addressing all inquiries regarding Company products and aircrafts.

Key Duties:
Develop and build positive relationships with new accounts and develop additional contacts
within existing accounts
Keep up-to-date records on sales calls, customer contacts, and details of meetings in a timely
manner in the format required
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
Conduct sales forecasts and weekly or monthly status reports
Conducts telemarketing, direct mail, and other sales programs as assigned
Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and
other research
Providing accurate quotes and description to clientele, following Company policies and
procedures
Maintain a high level of customer service and support customer base by resolving questions,
concerns, and technical issues, as well as handling customer inquiries and complaints
Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the Company in a
positive manner
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in a business- or sales-related field preferred
3+ years’ related sales experience
Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
Proven sales ability with capability to meet and surpass targets and goals
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Experienced using MS Office suite
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Demonstrated time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills including strong objection-handling skills
High level of integrity and work ethic
Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin considered an asset
