招聘：销售&客户经理 （Sales & Accounts Manager）

PowderMonkey is on the hunt for a sales and accounts manager.

PowderMonkey is a branding and website design studio. Our main goal is to produce high quality products for our clients so they can advance in their business goals. Our team is made up of young passionate designers and developers. Now we are looking for an individual that has the confidence and entrepreneurial spirit to join our team and expand our business!

• Good Interpersonal Skills - communicates clearly, capable of building credibility quickly with clients

Main Responsibilities

You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospects, from first contact until you hand off the opportunity to an Account Executive. Ultimately, you will contribute to the growth of the company as well as individual growth.

• Prospect new businesses
• Study our market, understanding competition and associated challenges
• Identifying potential prospect based upon our target channels and ideal customer profile
• Outreach includes: making outbound calls, emails, social media messages, referrals, previous customers, and other outreach methods
• Work closely with Account Executives and develop lead generation strategies
• Help create and maintain social media and marketing content

This individual will work closely with the Managing Director to strategically plan and implement sales growth of the company. 

Bonus

• Prior education or experience in sales/marketing
• A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Multilingual in Chinese and English
• B2B/SaaS/Digital Agency experience

Compensation:

- Salary + Commission

- depends on competencies and experience.
