A fast growing property management company has an exciting and rare opportunity for a Property Management Assistant to join their successful team. In this position you will have the opportunity to utilize your superior administrative abilities to help manage a number of properties.

Although experience within the real estate industry would be considered an asset, all office administration experience will be considered.

Job Requirements:

-    Experience in lease administration within the residential property industry
-    Excellent organizational and time management skills
-    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
-    Ability to maintain a high level of customer service and professional demeanor

• Deal with tenants, prospective tenants
• Coordinate property repairs and maintenance including negotiation of contracts and ensuring work is done to specifications, 

-   Work with property management team to ensure timely collection of lease payments

- Post-secondary education in real estate or similar field considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and with minimal direction
