Job Description

TMG Industrial is an importing/distribution company located in North Delta BC. Currently we are looking to hire a full-time office administrator/customer services/inside sales to join our team immediately.

Role Responsibilities:

• Invoicing customers and clients at the point of sale with lots of data entry on excels by details and accuracy.
• Track sales records and enter on excels for management to review and analyze profit loss.
• Review and match off-site inventory with customers to keep up-to-date.
• Admin and maintain the in-house inventory data entry on excels and Sage 50.
• Response inquiries on parts request, product information, quote-pricing and delivery deadline status.
• Product warranty response and customer complaints.
• Customs broker documentations

Skills:

• Minimum one year experience in office admin/customer service/inside sales position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong written and spoken English
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• A true team player and solution finder with ability to work in a multi-task fast-paced environment.
• Experience in logistics, e-commence or Sage 50 is not a must but considered as an asset.
