Job description
Position responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer onboarding with conducting proper Know You Client (KYC) procedures in a retail setting. Facilitating the crypto buying or selling orders from customers end-to-end either in-person or remotely, and keeping accurate and complete record for every single transaction with required information, maintaining excellent customer experience
- Responsible for pre and after-sales consulting and answering crypto transaction related questions from prospects and customers;
- Responsible for some general customer recruitment and customer relationship management activities, such as target phone call and email campaign
- Collaborating with internal project manager and IT contractor to optimize Hibit proprietary crypto trading system;
- Complete other related ad-hoc assignments.
Job requirements:
- Previous crypto dealing, foreign exchange, internet companies, finance industry or large customer service center experience is preferred, computer or finance-related major preferred and moderate computer literacy required;
- Bilingual with Mandarin speaking would highly preferable.
- Possess a strong sense of customer service, able to cope with customer consultation and complaints, be sensible to numbers;
- Good English expression and communication skills (writing and speaking), a great sense of responsibility, be able to work under pressure;
- Strong learning ability, can quickly understand and adapt to the use of the company's products, to provide users with excellent support;
