We are currently hiring an 留学客服/文案 for Vancouver office.

Job duties:

• Respond to questions and requests to prospective clients via various social platforms, such as WeChat, What’s App, Telegram and Line etc.
• Address clients queries regarding Canada school programs and immigration programs
• Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
• Be responsible for the company's business-related communication and contact work
• Identify customer specific needs and customize the services for each individual client to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements：

• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Language requirement: English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using social media, such as WeChat, What’s App, and Telegram etc.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Confident, outgoing, team player with a proactive attitude
• Ability to think critically, anticipate needs, and prioritize workload
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail, including accuracy of data
• Have strong work ethic
