详情描述 Job Descriptions:
- Greet all customers who enter the presentation center, offer information about our projects and give tours of our upcoming Show Home.
- Actively maintain the company's reputation and promote the Real Estate.
- Complete all sales training that will be provided by HOMEI Group.
- Must have a strong customer service background and love talking to the public.
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with all questions and concerns they may have.
- Provide a weekly report of customer and sales information to the sales department manager.
- Keep in touch with former and existing customers, building strong relationships with all of our clients.
- Assist in solving customers' after-sales issues and provide ongoing support for all of our clients.
- Help to develop marketing strategies and meet sales targets as per weekly company goals.
- Assist the sales manager in completing project extension activities and social media activities.
- Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the facilities at the sales site.
- Be willing to work between Richmond, B.C. and Sechelt B.C. (Accommodations will be paid for as well as travel expenses and meals/living costs.)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $3,500.00 per month
