Sales Representatives

Job Descriptions:

• Greet all customers who enter the presentation center, offer information about our projects and give tours of our upcoming Show Home.
• Actively maintain the company's reputation and promote the Real Estate.
• Complete all sales training that will be provided by HOMEI Group.
• Must have a strong customer service background and love talking to the public.
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with all questions and concerns they may have.
• Provide a weekly report of customer and sales information to the sales department manager.
• Keep in touch with former and existing customers, building strong relationships with all of our clients.
• Assist in solving customers' after-sales issues and provide ongoing support for all of our clients.
• Help to develop marketing strategies and meet sales targets as per weekly company goals.
• Assist the sales manager in completing project extension activities and social media activities.
• Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the facilities at the sales site.
• Be willing to work between Richmond, B.C. and Sechelt B.C. (Accommodations will be paid for as well as travel expenses and meals/living costs.)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,500.00 per month

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
