1.Job Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly demeanor 

Provide menu and drink recommendations 

Take and process guest orders efficiently 

Serve food and beverages with a smile 

Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and tidy 

Handle guest needs and complaints, delivering excellent customer service 

Assist in promoting beverages and other promotional activities 

2.Requirements:

Native English required.

Prior relevant service experience preferred

Excellent communication skills and a passion for service

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

Team player who can coordinate well with other staff members 

Basic English language proficiency preferred

Availability to work evening shifts 

3. Job Details:

Work Hours: 8pm-2am (Thursday to Saturday)

Location: 8499 Bridgeport Rd, 12th Floor, Richmond, BC V6X 1R7

4.Compensation: Generous tips + High wine commission
