Terry Liu & Associates Ltd. (aka. Terry Immigration) is a Canadian registered professional immigration consulting company located in Richmond BC. Terry Immigration provides services such as Study Permit, Visitor Visa, Work Permit, Skilled Worker or Business Immigration, International Student Immigration and Family Sponsorship application, etc.

Terry Immigration is now recruiting a case processor to file high-quality immigration applications for clients. The applicant has to be able to understand and analyze thoroughly about the client’s conditions and personalize the application paperwork based on the client’s particular situations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior case managers to fill application forms, prepare supporting documents, drafting cover letters and performing hard copy organizations.
• Communicate with clients to collect documents and information, guidance and help customers prepare various materials, including information table and notary;
• Generate related files and fill out forms according to the customer 's individual circumstances;
• Track customer application status, answer customer inquiries;
• Complete other commissions assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

• Worked at least one year in an immigration consultation environment;
• Fluent in English and Chinese, strong writing skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Strong learning ability;
• Able to work carefully, conscientiously, actively;
• Able to work under pressure;

岗位职责：

• 协助高级文案主管完成递案准备工作，比如填写移民申请表格，罗列文件清单，起草解释信和进行文案存档留底工作；
• 与客户沟通，收集客户资料， 讲解文件清单，制定个性化方案，指导并帮助客户准备各项材料，包括信息表，公证，护照等；
• 根据客户的个人情况，制作相关的移民档案，填写表格；
• 跟踪客户申请状态，解答客户询问，保证顺利获签；
• 完成直接上级主管临时交办的任务。

岗位要求：

• 加拿大本地教育背景，本科或研究生以上学历，商科，会计，MBA等专业优先；
• 优秀的英文沟通能力，包括口语交流和协作；
• 情商高，善于与人交流及解决问题；
• 有一年及以上移民行业工作经验优先考虑；
• 有加拿大永久居民身份者优先考虑。
