详情描述 Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and manage an overall marketing plan and budget
- Plan, direct and coordinate marketing campaigns and calendars across all channels
- Research and act as a resource in developing brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistent
use of messaging and visual identity in all internal and external communications
- Implement and monitor integrated online/offline marketing including search engine optimization, email
marketing, advertising, conferences, events and other campaigns
- Monitor the overall quality of our digital campaigns and update our standards to meet and exceed
industry standards where applicable
- Manage the internal team and contractor work pipelines and report on risks internally as early as
possible. Includes reports and estimates
- Update company leadership on the status of digital marketing campaigns, work estimates, work
quality, and timelines on a regular schedule
- Keep abreast of new developments in the digital marketing industry and share them with the team
- Participate in client meetings and other business development and/or marketing activities
- Build and implement an internal communications strategy for announcements and updates
- A deep rooted passion for an expertise in branding and brand management
- Demonstrated brand acumen with proven ability to lead brand and marketing communications teams
and programs
- Develop and execute a social media strategy
- Experience with CRM systems and creating eblasts
- A Passion for real estate.
