LOOKING FOR A TEAM MEMBER

Job duties:

• Greeting customers.
• Handling phone calls and daily emails.
• Place orders and create invoices.
• Prepare and organize paperwork.
• Entering data.
• Coordinating and planning for office services, such as equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, and maintenance.
• Performing other duties as required of your role.

Requirements:

• Proficient in using computer software
• Professional telephone etiquette (previous reception and/or CSR experience is an asset)
• Administrative experience (i.e., filing, scanning, data entry) is beneficial.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English at a professional level.
• An accounting background can be an asset.

Working hours: 8:30 am – 5 pm. Monday – Friday.

Working schedule: 8 hours shift. (FULL-TIME)

Start from $17/hour
