详情描述 Job duties:
- Greeting customers.
- Handling phone calls and daily emails.
- Place orders and create invoices.
- Prepare and organize paperwork.
- Entering data.
- Coordinating and planning for office services, such as equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, and maintenance.
- Performing other duties as required of your role.
Requirements:
- Proficient in using computer software
- Professional telephone etiquette (previous reception and/or CSR experience is an asset)
- Administrative experience (i.e., filing, scanning, data entry) is beneficial.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English at a professional level.
- An accounting background can be an asset.
Working hours: 8:30 am – 5 pm. Monday – Friday.
Working schedule: 8 hours shift. (FULL-TIME)
