Legal Assistant

Family and Commercial Litigation Firm Downtown is looking to hire a Legal Assistant. Must have good written and spoken English Language Skills and have a proven ability to speak one of Cantonese or Mandarin languages as we currently have an important client component in the Chinese community.

Successful candidates will have good organizational skills and will be able to work independently and be able to maintain key administrative tasks in a busy office. The candidate should know Microsoft Word and Excel and type at least 60 words per minute.

Preference will be given to those with legal office diplomas or experience, but this is not essential as training and an educational subsidy will be provided to the successful candidate after 6 months of continuous experience.
