About Baywest Robotics Inc: Baywest Robotics Inc is a leading technology company dedicated to innovation in the field of robotics. We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Vancouver office. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and business travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external communication.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Perform general office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Well organized.
• Cooperative and willing to help others.
