Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest complaints reported by CS representatives or from social media (such as Better Business Bureau, Google Review etc.), and maintain the follow-up service of complaints.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of Customer Care Representatives to maximize consumer satisfaction, customer loyalty, performance metrics and quality.
  • Achieve customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
  • Meet customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the service team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies.
  • Reform/Rebuild CS operation system if necessary.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar management position
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Proficient standard office equipment skills
  • Strong people skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Perfect bilingual in Mandarin and English

Compensation and Benefits:

The hiring range for this position ranges from CA$62,000 - CA$86,000. Your actual level and salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
