• Part time hours approx. 8 hours/day (from 9:30AM-5:30PM), 4 days per week, potential opportunity to extend to full-time employee
• This position requires in office work
• Pay range $23 – $25 per hour
Job description
• Assisting senior accountants in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly sales reports
• Updating financial data in databases to ensure the accuracy of the information
• Calculating payroll records and expenses, among other items as assigned semi-monthly
• Performing bank reconciliations and credit cards reconciliation of retail stores, updating accounts receivable, and issuing invoices to wholesale customers
• Processing cost of products calculation by categories
• Office administration
Requirements
• Minimum experience – 3 years full cycle bookkeeping
• Good working knowledge with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel etc.), must be an expert of excel and familiar with pivot table and VLOOKUP
• Good communication - both written and verbal
• Work independently, self-motivated, strong attention to accuracy and detail
• A quick learner with critical thinking skills
• Speed and accuracy in all data entry
• Accountability and ownership of work
• Excellent organizational skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
