Interior Designer/ Drafter

JK World Group is looking to hire an interior designer to work on both luxury hospitality and residential projects.

The successful candidate will have previous experience delivering high-end interior projects from concept and will have extensive site experience and project management skills.

Interior Designer/ Drafter

Key Responsibilities:

•  IFP, IFT, IFC interior drawing package
•  Auto CAD/ Sketchup 3D Experience
•  Take client briefing and deliver design concept
•  Manage multiple projects simultaneously
•  Key point of contact for external parties
•  Working Flexible Hour and Weekend as needed

Mandatory Experience

•  More than 5 + year experience of working on local and understand the BCBC

Prefer Experience

•  An Industry recognised diploma or degree in Interior Design related
•  Full proficiency in Auto CAD, CAM, Sketchup, Photoshop
•  Experience within luxury hospitality and/or residential interiors

Job Location

•  Both either in Coquitlam or Richmond
