Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Prepare and cook BBQ meat products according to company standards.

• Knife Proficiency: Must be highly skilled in using knives to slice various meats accurately.

• Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy lifting and stand for long periods.

• Experience: Previous professional cooking experience is required.

• Availability: Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

• Provide excellent customer service at the front end.

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

• Availability: Must be able to work closing shifts (until 10:00 PM) and at least one weekend day.
