Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related administrative service is usually required
- More than 5 years of administrative manager experience at a professional level is preferred
- Excellent ability in outreach activities and public relations maintenance
- Be good at responding to emergencies and dealing with them calmly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear and details-oriented thinking
- Proficiency in office software application
- Possess rigorous, responsible, steadfast and dedicated work attitude;
- Outstanding interpersonal communication ability;be capable of coordination, organizational skills and high team spirit
Job duties are list below:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing several administrative services;
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services like decoration, water and electricity, office supplies, sporadic repair, fixed assets, sanitation, ;
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment; Supervision and implementation of various rules and regulations ;
- Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies;
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services;
- Interview, hire and oversee training for staff as well as lay off staff if applicable;
- Set up evaluation rules, internal requirements and related deadlines;
- To assist in dealing with tough emergency;
- Improve corporate culture and optimize corporate public image;
- Coordinate company meetings, publicity activity and organize team building;
- In charge of updating or applying for relevant documents;
- Coordinate other administrative affairsif needed, such as important reception or business negotiation, etc.
